ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – MONDAY, APRIL 9, 2018
This year’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 5:15 p.m. in the Cafeteria at West Vancouver Secondary School. A Call for Nominations notice was sent out showing those who were nominated at the February 5th meeting and those positions which are currently vacant. A Nomination Form is available here or by emailing Sandra at the office. The deadline for nominations to the Executive Board is March 19, 2018. A Notice of Meeting package will then be sent out to the home address of each member by March 23, 2018. It is important we have current information so if you have moved recently, please contact Sandra at 604-925-7447 with your updated information.

Save-on-Foods gift cards were won by Navid Panah (School), George Jankovich (Municipality), Fen Brini (Municipality) and Allison Evans (School). Congratulations to everyone!
We will be accepting applications again this year for three separate scholarships of $2,000 each: the WVMEA Academic Scholarship, the Roy Hunter Memorial Scholarship for the Visual Arts and the WVMEA Trades Scholarship. The Scholarship Notice has now been distributed throughout worksites and schools.
